5-Year Coverage: Copenhagen guarantees all furniture for a period of 5 years from the delivery date. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, inadequate care, or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear encompasses expected changes such as seat cover puddling, foam compression, color alterations due to light exposure or cleaning, modular motion furniture alignment variances, and scratches from pets.
Exceptions:
- Our warranty is not applicable to clearance center merchandise or items sold “as-is.”
- Electronic mechanism batteries are warranted for a period of 1 year.
Extended Support: Even after the initial 5 years and for as long as you own Copenhagen products, we are committed to providing ongoing support and guidance. Feel free to reach out for assistance with any reasonable questions or concerns about your items. We can offer recommendations for qualified repair and service professionals, and if necessary, order parts on your behalf (while supplies last). Please note that there will be charges for service, parts, and necessary travel, which will not exceed the actual cost required to complete the service. Keep in mind that our warranty and services are only applicable to products within our service areas in Arizona and Texas.
