At Copenhagen Imports, we not only sell high-quality contemporary-style furniture, but we also offer top-notch services to help you create a beautiful home with ease. Starting with our sales associates and interior designers, and ending with our delivery team, we strive to create a seamless, one-stop shopping experience for our customers in Arizona and Texas. We are proud to offer both delivery and third-party shipping options.

Delivery Services

We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service. To assure all our customers have the very best experience, we limit our delivery service to the metropolitan areas served by our showrooms in PhoenixScottsdaleGilbert, and Tucson in Arizona, and AustinSan Antonio, and El Paso in Texas.

In the metropolitan areas where our stores are located, Copenhagen provides full-service delivery by our trained staff. We charge $95 per delivery, regardless of the number of items. There is no additional charge for assembly, and full installation of your purchase in your home or office is included in this local delivery fee.

For an additional charge, we will deliver anywhere in Arizona, as well as West and South-Central Texas on our trucks. Please contact the store nearest to you for a quote on delivery outside of our normal service areas.

As responsible and concerned citizens, we at Copenhagen are doing everything we can to minimize the possibilities of exposure and reduce the impact of COVID-19/coronavirus. Our delivery drivers and staff are equipped with masks, gloves, and sanitizer to ensure safety.

Due to COVID-19 circumstances, we also offer a “threshold delivery” option, meaning that the furniture will be delivered to the nearest garage, doorstep, entryway, or covered area. Customers will also have the option to pick up the merchandise at their nearest Customer Service Center, with a government-issued photo ID.

Delivery Process

We offer white glove delivery and assembly with our friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. The process is as follows:

  1. Once you schedule a delivery, our Customer Service team will reach out two days prior to your chosen date to provide a 3-hour delivery window.
  2. Please make sure your space is adequately clear for delivery and assembly, and that an adult will be home to receive the delivery.
  3. Once we arrive at your home or delivery location, our staff can wear masks, booties, and gloves upon request to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  4. Our team will assemble your furniture and place it in your space in its desired location.

We are not able to move existing furniture to other places in your home or remove existing or unwanted furniture upon delivery. Please note that the hanging of wall art, mirrors, and wall sculptures is specialized and is not included in the standard delivery fee. Contact your sales associate or local service team to learn more about our wall-hanging service, available at additional cost.

Third-Party Shipping Services

We do not deliver on our own trucks outside of Arizona and West/South-Central Texas. If you live outside of our regular service areas, please feel free to contact us, and our designated Shipping Coordinator can assist you in finding a Copenhagen-approved third-party retailer or shipper in your area. The Shipping Coordinator will communicate with you throughout the process and ensure that shipping goes as smoothly as possible.

Shipping Terms

Terms that apply to the shipping process include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. The purchaser should be aware that Copenhagen owns no part of the third-party shipping process, and that, once a product is loaded by a third-party carrier, the responsibility for safe transport falls on the carrier.
  2. All shipping quotes are good for seven days only, after which the order will need to be re-quoted.
  3. The purchaser must purchase insurance with the selected shipping company, which is included in the final shipping cost.
  4. If the shipment is undeliverable, the product will be returned to the shipping terminal and, after 48 hours, begin to accrue storage fees. In most cases, the purchaser is responsible for paying these fees.
  5. While Copenhagen is not responsible for damage that may occur during third-party shipping, we will file a claim on the purchaser’s behalf and work to reach a resolution.
